Seat guide
The theatre wraps 270 degrees around the pool-stage, so there is no bad side. The differences are distance, height and how wet you get.

*Prices seen on online sellers in September 2026; they move with date and demand. City of Dreams itself ran a flash sale (16–22 Sept 2026) at MOP 698 / 898 / 1,098 for Gallery / Signature / Grand, valid for shows through 31 March 2027. Worth checking the official site before you book elsewhere. The VVIP Box is reserved for invited guests, not public sale.
The Splash Area: rows A & B
Rows A and B of the Gallery, Signature, Grand and Premium sections are sold as Splash Area seats. Divers hit the water metres away and the spray reaches the front rows. You will get wet. Ponchos are provided, but treat cameras and phones as casualties: seal them in a dry bag or leave them behind. Fun if you want to feel inside the show; avoid it if you are dressed for dinner afterwards.
Booking tips
- Book ahead for weekends. Friday and Saturday 8pm shows sell out first; weekday 5pm shows are the easiest to get and often cheapest.
- Arrive 30 minutes early. Latecomers are seated at the venue's discretion and you will miss the opening flood sequence.
- New: the backstage tour. Since July 2026 City of Dreams has run an official House of Dancing Water backstage tour: theatre tech, the dive pool, performer prep, bookable separately if you want the behind-the-scenes version.
- Getting there: free City of Dreams shuttle buses connect the resort with the Border Gate, the airport and the ferry terminals; the theatre is inside the resort, follow signs from the main lobby.
