Macau Spa Deals: The Offers Worth Your Afternoon

Published 3 November 2026

Checked 3 November 2026. A Macau spa afternoon is one of the easiest upgrades in travel, and one of the easiest to overpay for. The resort spas are genuinely good, the walk-in menus are priced for people who never check, and the same treatments sit on Klook as vouchers you can buy before you arrive, with the treatment locked in and the price known. We list eight spas on our spa deals page, one voucher each. On 3 November 2026 we opened every listing again to see what is actually on sale, and at what price. Seven of the eight are live and bookable. One, the Ritz-Carlton, currently shows no bookable offer at all, and it is named as such below rather than quietly dropped. Here is the field, cheapest first, with the honest steer on each.

The deals at a glance

The three under MOP 500

Sands Spa, Sands Macao: from US$42.29 (about MOP 342). The cheapest way into a Macau resort spa this month, and the only one of the three on the peninsula. Sands Spa sits on the waterfront near the old town, so it suits a peninsula trip where a Cotai detour would eat the afternoon it is meant to save. The listing covers massage treatments with the spa's herbal and aromatherapy menu behind it. Pick this if your hotel is on the peninsula, or your afternoon is short.

Le SPA'tique, The Parisian Macao: from HK$419 (about MOP 432). The value pick on Cotai. The Parisian's spa is a proper five-star facility, vitality lounges, steam, sauna and a vitality pool, and the 60-minute aromatherapy voucher is the treatment the spa deal page has always led with. It holds a 4.8 out of 5 rating on Klook with more than 700 bookings, which for a spa voucher is a strong record. Pick this if you want the full Cotai spa ritual at the friendliest price on the Strip.

V Spa, The Venetian Macao: from US$58.69 (about MOP 474). The Venetian's spa specialises in traditional Chinese foot reflexology alongside its massage menu, across more than 1,200 square metres with separate vitality lounges. The 60-minute voucher is the first-timer's length: long enough to count, short enough to leave the rest of the day open. It rates 4.8 out of 5 on Klook. Pick this if it is your first Macau spa visit, or if you are staying at the Venetian and want the treatment inside your own hotel.

The middle: newer rooms, bigger bills

Spa at Londoner Grand: from US$151.69 (about MOP 1,226). The newest spa on our list, in the Londoner Grand tower, built around the five elements with 15 treatment rooms and couples' rooms with oversized Jacuzzi baths. The price steps up sharply from the three above, and the Klook record is still thin, a handful of reviews at 4.3 out of 5. Pick this if new facilities matter more to you than a proven record, and read the recent reviews on the listing before you pay.

Zensa Spa, Studio City: from US$193.59 (about MOP 1,564). Studio City's spa has the extras: vitality pools, sauna, steam and a snow room, which is a novelty worth the detour on its own. Its small Klook record is perfect, 5 out of 5 across its first nine reviews. Pick this if you are staying at Studio City or the west end of Cotai, or if the big names are booked out on your weekend.

The top end: where the money is defensible

Altira Spa, Altira Macau: from US$212.09 (about MOP 1,714). Taipa's boutique luxury spa, and the connoisseur's pick of the eight. The Altira spa has held a Forbes five-star rating for 16 consecutive years, its infinity pool is routinely called one of the best in the world, and its Klook record matches the reputation at 4.9 out of 5. It is the quietest spa on this list, away from the Cotai crowds. Pick this if the spa is the point of the afternoon rather than a break in it.

Palazzo Versace Macau spa package: US$288.05 (about MOP 2,327). The most expensive voucher we list, and the only one that is a package rather than a treatment: a body massage at The Spa at Palazzo Versace Macau, inside the Grand Lisboa Palace complex, combined with afternoon tea at La Scala del Palazzo. The setting is the most distinctive in Macau, all Versace pattern and mosaic, and the tea turns a treatment into a half-day. Pick this if it is an occasion. Check exactly what the package includes on the listing first, because packages change their inclusions more often than treatments do.

The one we cannot price today

The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Macau. The top-floor spa at Galaxy Macau is, on reputation, the luxury benchmark of this list: ESPA products, ten treatment rooms, harbour views. But when we opened its Klook listing on 3 November 2026, the page showed the spa's description and no price and no bookable offer. We will not invent a price for it, and we will not pretend the voucher is on sale when the listing does not show one. The link below goes to the listing so you can see its current state for yourself; if it is selling again by the time you read this, its natural place in this list is at the top end, beside the Altira.

How to buy well

Three rules cover most of the mistakes. First, a voucher buys one named treatment, not the spa: a 60-minute massage voucher is that massage, so read the inclusions on the listing rather than the spa's full menu. Second, the voucher is not the appointment. Buy it, then reserve your slot straight away, because weekend afternoons at the popular spas go first and a voucher without a slot is a plan, not a booking. Third, compare like with like before assuming the voucher wins: resort spas run their own members' and hotel-guest offers, and our standing position is that we list the voucher because it locks the treatment in before you travel at a known price, not because it is always the cheapest door. For the deep background on each spa, our sister site macaumassage.com covers the scene spa by spa, and our voucher guide explains how e-vouchers work end to end.

Questions

Which Macau spa voucher is best value?

On the prices we checked on 3 November 2026, Le SPA'tique at the Parisian: a full five-star Cotai spa, a 60-minute aromatherapy treatment, from HK$419 (about MOP 432), with the strongest review record of the cheaper three. Sands Spa is cheaper still if you are on the peninsula.

Do I need to book a time slot as well as the voucher?

Yes. The voucher locks in the treatment; the slot is reserved afterwards with the spa. Do it as soon as you buy, especially for weekend afternoons.

Why is there no price for The Ritz-Carlton Spa?

Because its Klook listing showed no price and no bookable offer when we checked on 3 November 2026. Rather than quote a figure we could not verify, we have listed it without one and linked the listing so you can check its current state.

Are Klook spa vouchers cheaper than booking direct?

Sometimes, not always, and we do not claim otherwise. The certain wins are the known price and the treatment locked in before you arrive. Compare the listing against the spa's own offers if you have the time.

Do these links earn you a commission?

Yes. Our Klook links carry our partner ID and may earn us a commission. It is disclosed on every booking button, and it never affects which spas we list or the order we list them in. This article is ordered by price.

Prices and availability from the eight spas' Klook listings, opened and checked 3 November 2026, in the currencies the listings display. MOP figures are approximate conversions (US$1 to MOP 8.1, HK$1 to MOP 1.03) and the listing price in its own currency is the one that counts. Ratings and booking counts are as the listings showed them on the same day.
